Why dogs don't joke?

As you see, there's a dog named Chin Kar Quinn ( Actually he's a human). Whatever jokes he told, will never make other people laugh. Why? Because he's not humourous enough. Well, this is a short intro for this blog, later on we'll add some jokes into it. Be patient, little dog!!!
